As a Brooklyn homeowner and landlord herself, Suzen understands the importance of finding the right home, and the right tenants. Further, Suzen has lived in New York for approximately 15 years: first in Harlem, then in the Upper West Side (Lincoln Center), and currently, she resides in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. Suzen primarily specializes in the Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens areas, though she also works in the Bronx, Long Island, upstate New York, Staten Island and the Rockaways. Suzen also maintains a private law practice representing business entrepreneurs and professionals in music, television and film entertainment. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Suzen worked on Wall Street for 5 years.
